Scope of work:
AC works as follows
– District cooling system including ETS Room , heat exchanger
– Chilled water piping in riser and all horizontal floors
– installation of chilled water fan coil units FCU’s ( 340 No’s )
-Flushing of the chilled water system and chemical treatment
-Water balancing and air balancing
-Ducting work for fresh air handling unit in riser and full floors
-Ducting work for Central toilets exhaust system / Central kitchen exhaust system
-Ducting work inside the flats
-Supply and installation of AC grills and diffusers
• Electrical Work : Full power system , lighting system , supply of two transformers by M/s DEWA with each capacity 1500 KVA
• Low current systems like CCTV , intercom system ,Telephone System , IT and data
• LV room : supply of main Electrical panel and termination of all armoured cables
• Termination of all flats DB’s
• Testing and commissioning for full electrical systems
• Fire alarm system & fire fighting
• Plumbing systems : water supply system , GRP water tank on the roof , booster pump , transfer pump ,
• Plumbing system : Upvc drainage pipes , risers , acoustic insulation for the drainage pipes in occupied areas
